I have been wondering…there are many ways people can get fit. Some even don’t need to do anything much. Let’s see…
1) The health-cautious. These people eat like a monk and even live like one too.
2) The rubbish collector. These people eat all they like and exercise casually yet their muscles grow instead of the middle piece.

4) The furnace. These people eat and exercise a lot yet they are able to keep in shape.
Well, it may be a bit confusing but some people do have good genes. -_-”
